Well-behaved dogs receive a royal welcome at Balvenie Cottage.
Welcome pack
Your dog is part of the family and we want you to enjoy your holiday together.
We provide dog bowls, wash basin, towel – and the all-important poo bags!
Just bring your dog’s own bed to make sure they feel at home.
Walkies!
You and your four-legged friend can enjoy a wide variety of wonderful walks in and around Braemar.
The fully enclosed garden also provides a good grassy space for playtime.
‘Dug friendly’ village
Pubs: Both Farquharsons and The Flying Stag (the pub in The Fife Arms) are dog friendly.
Cafés: Most of the cafés in the village have outdoor seating areas where you can dine with your dog. The Bothy café also has a dog-friendly heated indoor space on the terrace overlooking the river.
Shops: Your dog is welcome to accompany you as you browse in many of the village shops. Look out for a ‘Dogs welcome’ sign in the window.
Booking
